They provide very good service . do not require you to do therapy to see a doctor . open to take new patients
Rude, profit focused, will sell your personal info for profit, constant surveillance...and I experienced all of this without receiving any help. AVOID.
Counselor I saw was absolutely horrible in my 3 mths of going there I never even talked she spent the whole time on her computer trying to figure out how to work it. I've had more then a few appointments she canceled at last minute because her appointment before me canceled and she wanted me to come in earlier so she could go home and not have to stay and wait for me who was her last appointment of day. Would you like to be "counseled" by a self avowed white hating RACIST? If you would..then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! The saddest part...this place is "SHOW ME THE MONEY" before "HELP THE CLIENT". Counselers are more interested in keeping their jobs than speak up for a client..or speak out about WRONGDOING. Why do I go here? I need medications..and because of Insurance issues..I'm limited..and my prescriber is probably the only honest person who works there. I won't name names. They'd probably FIRE the poor sap.
Terrible trying to call there. Not a good start as a new patient. Keep getting sent in loops of automation for over 55 minutes. Reception answers rude and just puts you back in the loop of automation to provider prompt that doesn't call black. They have long waiting list for counseling and put you on list but can't take new patients. All they do is med management 6 minutes for a new patient, they don't even know...nothing more than pill pushers. Disgusting service for a health care provider. I find the staff hard to deal with. Especially the phone system. All mail boxes are always full and it takes days to get help. I have been a patient for 6 years and am currently looking for a new office. The stress I get trying to get in touch with someone is more than the stress of my normal daily living.
