This wonderful cafe fulfills it's island paradise-themed mission. It's a world apart from the hoopla of the city--removing, relaxing, renewing, uplighting. The atmosphere is always festive with hoards of people laughing and soaking up the sun and activities on the river. I can drift for hours here on a warm afternoon. Food is surprisingly good too. Excellent fish and chips and the best shrimp salad I've found to date in Portland. Love this place!

Wow! A hidden paradise. Great boat access, great food, great atmosphere. Too bad it's not open year round.
Awesome food and very good service. Halibut fish and chips were really really good. Got to go back now and try the Reuben sandwich as I consider myself a Reuben expert. LOL
The ahi tuna burger was incredible! Seemed like a great place for the locals, and they made this tourist feel right at home. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends, and hope to make it back someday!
Fantastic ambiance! Great local spot that very few tourist know about. Food is great yet the atmosphere tops it... Love it! The view cannot be beat.
