I would give 0 stars if it was an option. These people are crooks, plain and simple. I was hooked up with Island Breeze by my home warranty company after I filed a claim for a fault code coming up on my ******* thermostat. A tech came out and told me that I needed to have my condensate pump replaced and that I also had an issue with some kind of safety switch not being up to state code. The tech said he would give the info to the office and i would hear back regarding what needed to be replaced and to get the repair schedule... read more

Thank you for your review! Another warranty company complaint. We run over 10,000 of these calls every year and without fail we get less than .05% of complaints and they are all the exact same. The customer agrees to the repair in writing....twice. Then complains that they had to pay the cost that THEIR warranty company does not cover. I reviewed the notes and this call was handled correctly. The recall was performed and the problem is fixed for the agreed amount.
