andrew c and brandon l worked all day in 90 plus heat in the attic to replace our old air unit inside and out plus taking down our narrow attic stairs and replacing them afterwards i wouldnt hesitate to call them again very nice guys to work with and knew what they were doing

Super response to an after hours critical outage. The after hours customer service staff went the extra mile to get quick service headed our way. Alejandro was very knowledgeable and worked diligently to quickly resolve our problem on perhaps the hottest day of the year.

They are a very professional company, from the first phone call to the follow-up emails or calls. When I had an A/C cooling problem they sent someone out very quickly. I carry a maintenance contract with them and trust that they will take care of my HVAC system. Jacob ******* is such a great representative for this Company, he is courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend this Company to anyone needing an HVAC Company

I used my credit to get a new system for my daughter. She called me and told me about the follow up maintenance call she got today. She wasn't sure if she was supposed to call to schedule or if they scheduled. They called and scheduled abd for the SAME DAY. Thank you for assisting her in making sure the investment we made is being properly maintained. My daughter also said Dustin was her tech and he helped her understand how to lower her bill by programming and locking her thermostat.

This is my second experience (previously in May 2019) with Elite Comfort's excellent customer service. This time, I again got a text message that the technician (David) would arrive within 30 minutes, the technician diagnosed the issue quickly, asked about my availability, called to delay his next appointment, and called the Trane parts distributor to confirm my warranty, verify that they had the part, and told them to have it ready for him.
