I contacted IAP today because my AC unit wasn't cooling properly. Jacob, who was extremely kind, helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone -for free, and it actually resolved the problem. His willingness to assist speaks volumes about the company's work ethic and high customer service level. I’ll definitely reach out to them the next time I need any AC work done.

I had called out another heating company and the technician clearly had no idea what he was doing. He basically tried to over charge me for something I didn't even need. So I sent him away. I called island air and was greeted by Crystal. Who was very helpful in getting an apartment set up for the next day. Jeff showed up and diagnosed the issue in no time.
