These guys use to be okay but service and quality of work has gone downhill. I paid them do their semi-annual service on 4 of my AC units (still under warranty) four months ago. Today I had to pay another place $367 to clear a clogged drain line on 1 of the 4 they supposedly did. when I called Island Air they said it’s not their fault and suggested I pay them do a quarterly service instead on semi-annual . . . I've been using Island Air for about three years. They have provided reliable, thorough servicing of my now 12 year old unit. Jacob did a semi-annual service today. He's courteous and patient, answering all my questions and then some. All of the Island Air technicians who've serviced the unit have done good jobs, too.
