NorthWoods Pediatric Center is an excellent clinic. My three kids have been patients of Dr. Sultana for over five years now. I love EVERYTHING and EVERYONE here. The whole staff are friendly and caring the doctors and the nurses do listen to what I have to say, they do not rush through the consultation at all. I am very satisfied with this clinic. Dr. Islam and his staff is such an asset to our community. He has been treating my youngest son since birth. And, due to the nature of his professionalism and manners, I transitioned my oldest son to Dr. Islams care too. His treatment plans not only ease my mind, but Dr. Islams ability to nurture, care, and provide quality service and feedback is phenomenal. i love these doctors they are geat! both my children have had serious issues and they have gone above and beyond to help me. my littlest one needed to be seen by a heart specialist and they were quick to find me one ive been there 3 yrs and they have always been very good to us!
I love this office! All the doctors are very sweet and caring. I am a first time mommy and they always have all the patience to explain me everything I need to and also to listen any of my millions of concerns. I specially love Dr Kato!
I overall love this office. Some of the nurses have been there for a very long time and are excellent in their knowledge and their kindness. Dr. Islam and Sultana are excellent doctors and address every concern I may have. They are great because they can usually get you in to see a doctor that day if your child is sick. Other doctors have a several day waiting period (which isnt really great if youve got a child throwing up or one that has strep throat.). HI, I WAS READING THE REVIEWS AND GOT UPSET WITH THE WAY THEY TALK ABOUT THESE DRS. THEY ARE VERY CARING, SO MUCH MORE THEN SOME OF THEIR PARENTS. IF U CALL WITH YOUR CHILD BEING ILL, U WILL GET SEEN THAT DAY. I KNOW FOR A FACT. MAYBE THEIR QUICK TO RIGHT DISMISSAL LETTERS, CAUSE U PROBLEY MISSED MORE THAN 1 APPOINTMENT. These guys are really great. Really professional for the most part. They can get you in almost anytime. Ive had them for about 7 years. Very good.
The only time you see a real doctor at this office is to tell you that they dont want to see your baby anymore because they dont want to be responsible if anything happens to the baby because they dont want to bather deal with paper work to send us with a specialist. They are so good at writing dismissal letters. Sultana as well as Islam is a medical shame. Dont go through the painful process we did.
I love this office. It is sooo nice inside. Dr.Islam as well with the other staff is awesome. I recommend this to everyone
