This is a horribly managed office! The front office people are beyond rude and ignorant. If you even try to ask them a question, they will blow you off and they will treat you like you are a hostile, crazy person... The doctors suck, the staff is the absolute worst.
This clinic is awful. The doctors are great but the front staff are very ignorant. They are only equipped to handle Spanish speakers and those who have medicaid. I have been going to this clinic for 5 years and every visit I have horrible. They dont know how to handle private insurance its almost as if they prefer medicaid patients. Do NOT bring your children here if they are sick! Dr. Ha I think her name was, can t remember because she never identified herself, didn t bother to fully check my daughter out; stuck a tongue depressor in her throat for her cough, no chest exam, no checking in the ears and told me she had severe asthma, and then proceeded to scold me for not taking proper care of my daughter. The front office is not helpful at all. I will look for s different doctors office. The wait time is ridiculous.
I love these doctors, They have been caring fr my son for 4 years and I have never had any problems what so ever. My sons favorite and mine is Coutney Kato, she is awesome!!!! All of the doctors at this clinic are fantastic. I have private insurance and I have never had a problem with the front desk. I never have to wait very long either. I would definately recommend this clinic!!!!!
The practice is just ok. The nurse practicioner seems more knowledgeable than the doctors at times and the nurses dont weight or meassure the kids with much accuracy. Also, they will only solve once concern at a time so if your child needs to get vaccinated and have developed a rash, youre forced to make two separate appointments and pay double the co-pay. Our familys experience with this office has not been very positive. Doctors dont seem to listen to parents or admit their mistakes. My first with my daughter and grandson was early in the morning and half the staff came to work with hair still wet from their showers (doesnt look very professional) and jeans. Second vistit my daughter and grandson were left in a room when the office left for LUNCH! 1 employee was still there when she finally came out and told her she had to exit the back door since all were gone to lunch. Both my children visit this office. I think the doctors are very nice and understanding as well as the nurses and staff who work there. My children have never been turned down for a visit and every time we go there they are very kind to my children and me. So I dont know what alot of people are complaining about maybe they have had one or two bad experiences but doesnt mean the doctors dont know what they are talking about.
My daughter was in fo ster care and on medicaid when we got her at two months old. We never had any problems while on medicaid. We adopted her just before her 2nd birthday, so all the paperwork changed and her name changed, so the staff had to do alot to fix this and during this time they did it without complaint.
