Great dinner! The drinks were really good too, tried a different version of an Old Fashioned from what I normally order and it did not disappoint.
I love Ishnala because it becomes whatever you want it to be. With my loving husband it is my rendezvous, with family it is my place to share my love, advice, or just keep my mouth shut and enjoy the company of children and grandchildren. The view and atmosphere is perfect for any and all occasions. see you there
Beautiful place w beautiful memories for me. Last year I came here w/ a group of life long gal pals and my brother to celebrate his birthday. We lost him in a car accident last week but we came anyway to celebrate his life on his bday. I wore one of his hats. He would've so enjoyed the evening and the gorgeous view again.
True old time supper club with a North woods atmosphere. Beautiful views of Mirror Lake and good food too. Been a summer tradition for us for over 40 years.

Best steak ever!! Very good service!
Second time there, usually there's a 2.5 hour wait, so if you go, expect it and enjoy drinks, good conversation and the pretty atmosphere. Good food and service, not the best food I've had but decent. This time we went and sat in the Pow-Wow bar, had cocktails and 2 appetizers. It was perfect and without the wait.
