I had a membership. Recently the detail work is horrible and they stole a few items out of my car. I called and left several messsges. Never received a callback. When I finally reached Francisco the manager, he claimed they did not have the items that were taken. Of course not. I canceled my membership. I'll take my car somewhere more Professional.
Went through the carwash with my SUV that has running boards, they were out (as I usually have them out when I go through car washes) and my running board was ripped off my vehicle completely breaking. Owner told me it was my fault and I should know the clearance of my vehicle (though a clearance that I should be at was not posted anywhere) and that I should know based on my manufacturer that I should close my running boards. My daughter took my car to this location and clearly explained that she needed the car detailed and seats shampooed. It was raining and she didn't need the car washed. There's even a special online for $39.99! She paid them $40 and these people only cleaned the exterior and wiped down the interior. They did not put any shine on my two passenger tires or shampoo my seats. I called back to talk to the manager and was told that I will have to pay an additional $39.99 to have my seat shampooed. They did a good job but left all of my stuff on the seats and stole my vape juice another $40 for today ! Will not go back
Been here a few times for exterior washes but had to get my car detailed last minute due to a mishap this weekend, looks brand new! Had a minute to speak with the owners while I was there and they’re extremely friendly, I signed up for a monthly membership and they offered 1/2 off my first month. Highly recommend!
Great experience with our prized company vehicle! The Colony ER Hosptial brings our 1960 Ambulance here to be hand detailed only! The service is excellent and always welcome and friendly to our staff! Keep up the great work y’all!
