have to run car thru several times to get bugs off. bends my license plate every time. broke small antenna on roof of car, vant vacuum car out correctly to save their life, armour all is splotchy. every time I take it in I have to have them redo something that they should have done right the first time. simple stuff like clean cup holders. etc.
can't beat monthly unlimited wash for $20-25 a month w/free vac!

Better customer service skills more security cameras. Management and staff should be more aware of car break ins on the property. Management should show more concern when a car is vandalized on their property.
