Stop over booking. I arrived at my appointment time and sat for 45 minutes after filling out a simple information form. I read two magazines cover to cover while four people came in after me and went in ahead of me. I felt like I had no appointment, but was used as a fill in. Your office needs improvement in this area. Either schedule reasonable times or step up and tell patients to arrive an hour after the scheduled appointment time. Would your office see me if I showed up an hour after my scheduled appointment time?
As a complete dental coward, I feel comfortable and well-cared for by everyone in your practice. Thanks for providing excellent care in a low-stress (or at least as low as possible) environment.
Procedure was handled very professionally; just out of nitrous oxide which made the event very tense for me - - not due to the present, but due to the past years of treatment under different office. All in all - - would, and I do and have recommended Dr. Isenhower and her staff to many others. She is a "model" (in more than one way) to the myths about dentists and how unpleasant they can be - - she is the exact opposite! Just wish I had known her sooner ! God Bless you all for doing a super job.

The girl at the front counter was on the phone and it took a long time to see the dentist. I had to wait at least 10 minutes before I was even greeted.
I think Dr. Isenhower was a great find! She is just so sweet and kind and extremely professional. She makes me feel at ease everytime I am there. I would recommend her to anyone.
This was our second experience and it was MUCH smoother!! The first time felt like we were passed around from room to room, different people in and out, etc. Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Isenhower certainly sets the tone for her office. She is amazing and we really enjoy her! The loud music is great and Lauren was great too.
Took me early and did professional job. Need additional work and they gave me several options.
