I did not like the way the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth, b/c she was too rough. I had her stop a couple of times, so I could collect myself. I brush and floss regularly at home and my gums do not bleed! The flossing and picking with the dental instruments was so extreme that my gums were bleeding. My gums and teeth were sore for two days after. I want a hygienest who will do a thorough job cleaning my teeth, but it shouldn't hurt while it is being done.
