I wish you could give zero stars they are horrible. Tried to go there yesterday (Saturday) at 4 pm which is 2 hours before they close and they told me they weren't accepting any more patients. Went the next day and they were rude and short with me. I smile at everyone and not one person smiled or seemed to care. The physician told me that I don't need an antibiotic (I've had a cold for 4 weeks, I need an antibiotic). Instead she told me what not to eat and what over the counter drugs to use. Chris thanks nurse and student PA were wonderful. I got great care. This is my third visit and each time the care has been excellent. I was in the ER the day before and Isabella urgent care far exceeds that of cmch ER.
Most of the time they seem to be professional from the receptionist to the PA. I was in there yesterday and had to go to the other one because the provider wasn't coming in. Although they were very pleasant about it it was an inconvenience and I really felt sorry for the staff having to go through and explain their professional not being there. When I was there 2 weeks ago the male PA said there was nothing wrong with me, but still took my money. The next morning I woke up with bronchitis. Go figure.
It's a good place don't get me wrong, but just the doctor can be rude. Everytime I've came in here she's been very rude. But at least she found out wtf was wrong with me. Thank goodness.
Best Urgent Care in town hands down! I received excellent care and was in and out in a timely manor. The staff was very accommodating, knowledgable and friendly.
They were very quick at getting me into an examination room and the doctor was easy going and polite
