They told me my lab results would be back in a week. When they didn’t call me, I called them and they took my name and number and told me they would get back with me. Well they didn’t. This isn’t the first time they haven’t gotten back with me about labs or messed up lab orders.
RecommendedI was in and out fast, minimal wait time, and exceptional service! Highly recommend this urgent care over all the other urgent cares in the area ☺️
The best urgent care I've been to. The doctor or PA, Chris, was very good with my kids.
Rudest nurses I have EVER met here. Walked in and two of them were on their phone and didn’t even look up at me. Only one of the three women behind the counter was helping out. The nurse who handled all of my vitals and what not was super rude. Couldn’t get the ear thermometer to work so she just kept forcefully shoving it in until it did, and it was painful. Drove up to Mt. Pleasant and arrived 30 minutes before closing only to be turned away. Maybe you should post a notice that you stop accepting patients at a certain time?

Depends on the volume of people in the rooms. It varies from day to day. Some days we are full, some days we are not. So we see the patients as they come in and if it is going to go past the 8 pm time frame. Then we have to have a cut off time. That is why there is options in town. If it is an emergency we have ER’s in town. If not we will be glad to see you the next day.
Showed up at 7:40 pm after getting something in my eye and worried it was still in there. Probably a simple check and worst case a flush. Was turned away because they weren’t taking patients. Neat
I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at Isabella Urgent Care. Chris was very knowledgeable and kind.
I went here yesterday with extreme pain. The doctor looked at me and said he couldn’t tell what was wrong but would treat me for the flu (even after my flu test came back negative??) fast forward to 5 hours later I went to the ER because I knew something wasn’t right and that this was more than “the flu.” I’m in the hospital with a kidney infection currently and was falsely diagnosed at the Isabella urgent care.
