i've been trying to get in contact with someone here for over a month. they charged me $300 for an application I never requested be processed and before I even toured
I have lived there for a year and I see that they have neglected all the apartments quite a bit. Currently we have a cockroach infestation and I send emails and they don't answer me. I call and they cut off my calls. Please, if they don't do anything, I will have to complain to the state. The rent is expensive. Every year they keep raising it and when you ask them for something, they take up to 4 weeks to resolve it.
stay very very far away from UIP and from this building. UIP made living in this building a hell on earth. Stay away. UIP, the property management company, has zero interest in fulfilling the basic duties of a landlord. From ignoring maintenance requests and emails to actually hanging up the phone on us mid-conversation, UIP has made living in the Isabella an incredibly frustrating experience. The most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Specifically the leasing agent named Desiree Green. I know the housing market in DC is competitive but rudeness, a disregard for peoples time, and unprofessionalism should not come with it.
