Very rude and condescending. Made racial comments and assumptions that due to my race I follow certain ways. Will never go back or ever recommend this Dr.
She was awful, no information, nothing discussed but my A1c, then out the door. Patient portal notes are grossly incompetent Do not use this physician because you will be waiting your time.
Dr Dalena's staff are professional, friendly, kind and demonstrate expertise at every step. I was put at ease, didn't even feel the IV being inserted, and was led into the procedure - emerging without any issues, just a pleasant and discomfort free sleep.
