Dr. Isa is one of the finest doctors I've ever encountered. My initial visit was due to a seizure I had. He had a complete list of questions for me to answer Y or N. What struck me about Dr. Isa was the first thing he did was give me a complete physical exam, like what I would expect at a PCP. I've never had a specialist do that. Since then he's performed brilliantly - asking me the right questions, inquiring about other health problems, suggesting how to deal with my seizures more effectively. Very professional. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Isa took time to review all of my information and discuss a treatment plan and why he thought that treatment plan was appropriate. Very happy with my experience.
Frankly, I wasn't impressed with his staff, or him. No one on his staff at the front desk wears a nametag; they have no personality - whatsoever. That's extremely important when you're dealing with patients who have abnormalities of the brain. In addition, he was somewhat confrontational when he mentioned there was no reversing my preliminary diagnosis, and that I should take medication "today." Dr Isa is an amazing doctor who my son and I have both had the pleasure to be treated by. He brings a level of caring and compassion that is just not seen amongst many doctors today. After I moved, I continued to drive over 2 hours to his office I’m order to still be seen by him.
Finding a good neurologist is hard to do. I went through 3 of them and finally lucked out with Dr. Isa. He knows everything about neurology, has good bedside manner, and is thorough. My first appointment with him was outstanding. He gave me a physical, which no other physicians do accept at an annual appointment. He found I had a hernia that had been there for years. First time I knew about it. Then he proceeded with a through analysis of my neuro problem and arrived at a great solution!
Dr Isa and his staff have been professional and caring. I have been able to discuss my condition and treatment to make sure it was right for me.

Absolutely the most unprofessional office I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They bumped my appointment twice (once a week after I scheduled it and once on the day of the appointment, after informing me he had jury duty) and when I got upset about it, they cut me off as a patient.
