As a new patient, I received a confirming text message yesterday morning for my appointment with Dr. Isa today. I filled out the requested pre-visit information on line. I showed up to my appointment 20 minutes early today. His office is 20 miles from my home. I was told that the appointment had been re-scheduled. Never mind the confirming text message. I will never have any business again with such unreliable and irresponsible medical practice.
Dr. isa is compassionate and understanding. He is more than a doctor or diagnostician. He is very caring. He does not press his patients or caregivers to accept anything with which they are not comfortable. He has been very helpful and my husband and I are very grateful to be in his care. The office is efficient and responsive.
Dr Isa answered all my questions and was very helpful with his suggestions of how to improve my walking. He was through with his analysis of my condition. His performance as a doctor is what I wish every appointment with a doctor could be. He and his staff were kind, friendly and informative.
Went here in 2021. After appointment had problem with a prescription. They would not complete the form the pharmacy sent despite repeated attempts and would not return my calls. Staff was totally dismissive and disinterested and I believe such attitudes come from the top down. If you have a serious issue such as history of stroke or similar don't go here. They don't care about patients and will make your life even harder.
When I said no to a test he was not friendly or helpful again.
Patient and interested in what you say. Don’t feel rushed to finish quickly. Up to date on what’s happening from medical perspective.
Dr. Isa is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, caring, and competent! He has been my doctor for many years and genuinely cares for me and my needs.
Great Doctor that has a lot of knowledge and takes his time to answer all yoir questions. I would recommend him to anyone! I had great experience!
Dr Isa has been significant with the treatment and care of my ex-husband. He was diagnosed with FTD. Dr Isa is compassionate, thorough and an excellent Neurologist. We are always treated respectfully. I have no reservation with referring him for others needing the care of this specialty.
