Yes its hard work, but it's worth every minute of my time. This past year has been so rewarding. I'm so thankful for the training and coaching I've received and especially for the opportunity to meet some wonderful people who make love this sport and never fail to make me laugh everyday I see them. Best box in town!!! Love the atmosphere and the coaches really make you feel like family that wants to see you succeed. They push you, but never to where you would hurt yourself. They are awesome at what they do. CHECK THEM OUT!!!!
this place is my second home and i LOVE it!!!! i love how we all get along so well. if you need somewhere to work out come to our box. the coaches are THE BEST. irwindale crossfit changed my life.
It's a great place to workout, no matter what level of fitness you have. Coaches are amazing and will take the time to coach you, train you, and get to know you on a personal level. They care. Also, all members of the box are just as friendly and easy going, and are willing to help any newcomer that shows up. Come check it out!
