The staff and team are great here. The members are nice, polite and welcoming. Great community environment. Extremely Happy with my experience every single time I come here.
I love love love this place. Everyone here is super friendly. The coache(s) are patient and take the time to correct on techniques. You go at your own pace. No one is here to show off their performance and their muscles. lol Way to go Irwindale Crossfit!!!

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The people are awesome. Our instructor is the best, Ishmael, he's patient and very helpful. This is my first time at a crossfit place and I'm loving the atmosphere. Great vibes!!
I am so glad I took the first step to join. As any first timer (with no clue)...I felt welcome and everyone was great. Gearing up for an awesome journey of health and fitness. And... Yes, very sore but love it!!!
