I like the car itself and features. I hated the way they dealt w/ "business" and a "surprise" charge when picking up my plates.
I had a great experience on the lot and even decided to gove the service department a try! I was very happy w how everyone really pitched in to help me. Friendly & great work, 5 stars for Irwin!
