Service was excellent I called this morning and I was able to go after work because my tire pressure light came on. I was unaware that I had a nail in my tire and was able to get it fixed after work. Also the place is very clean and neat and well taken care of. Service people are very friendly.

Five hours from home my car broke down. Tuesday end of day. Thanksgiving in two days so a lot of places are closed or leaving early. I have to leave for home at six am Friday. My friend recommended Irwin for repairs. I explained my situation and they said they will try their hardest to get me back on the road. And they did ! Don was my service advisor and he was great. The service department representative Michelle was unprofessional, lied about a protection policy I had in an attempt to be lazy, and then tried to tell me it was reasonable for me to wait an hour and a half for ONE tire to be changed. (I had an appointment and made sure the tire was ordered ahead of time!) I pay extra monthly for the protection policy and the claim should have been submitted by the dealership but because of her insisting on not doing her job I spent a total of 2 hours on my day off there, paid for a tire I ... read more
