If I could give zero stars I would. I would stay far away from this place if you plan on purchasing used or they are brokering. Bought a boat they were brokering with 58 hours. At 58.6 hours the motor locked up, called service my response was “we will not even be able to take a look at it until after winter”. Great customer service when a boat you sold lost an engine after not even a half hour. We purchased our pontoon boat from Irwin marine in Hudson in 2011 and they have been servicing our boat since. Our main contact has been Dave Hoffman and Linda Harvey. Our dealings with them have been 100% professional with honest answers to our questions and inquiries.
