I was greeted with a warm smile as I entered the lobby, checked in instantly for my appointment to have my teeth cleaned and an exam. A few minutes later I was called by Rachel Kroh to begin the procedure. She was extremely capable, made certain I was comfortable, had answers of my myriad questions, explained what she was doing and why, made certain no abrasive material or excess rinsing fluids remained in my mouth and was highly professional in all aspects. Over the years I have had used your services I have had several different people doing the routine care of my teeth and all have been great. Nichole was no different - very gentle, careful and complete. Getting my teeth cleaned is not my favorite activity - but your people are all professional and go the extra mile to do a good job with minimum hassle!! Thanks......
