As always, my experience at and with Irwin Dental is a great and wonderful one. The staff is most knowledgeable and well educated. As a client, you are treated like family. If you are not able to see your usual technician, the substitute tech knows your history. Amazing! And Dr. Irwin is a most conscientious and concerned dentist who has his clients' best interests his first priority. Great business to do business with.
I was a bit nervous about a dental visit but as expected Irwin Dental had things well in hand. They've always practiced good hygiene but more precautions are in places now. We called from the car and answered health screening questions, had our temperature taken in the lobby before fully entering the main party of the building and other patients all had face masks. Thanks for your care for our community's health!
I would have rated my recent experience a 5 but there should always be room for improvement. That being said, Irwin dental continues to meet or exceed my expectations. I would like to note Rachel's accommodation of my back by being willing to do her job standing up. Every one I interfaced with were pleasant and attentive.

It is ALWAYS an enjoyable time when I visit the office. Whether it's just coming in to say "hi" or actually having some work done, I like coming in. Everyone is so friendly.

A huge "Thank You" to the entire Irwin Team on my experience yesterday; my first appointment post-covid and everyone was dialed in and provided an excellent pre-check-in process over the phone and arrival(thanks Amber!) all safety protocols in place once I checked in and of course, Rachel was her usual awesome self and took great care of me in the chair. The check-out process was easy and overall - great energy from all staff members. Such a pleasant experience at every guest touch point. Great job!
