Very cool place with very sweet young ladies in Customer Service. Ask for 'Z' - she is the best. God bless....... 'P'

We're sorry you've had a messy experience at the 79th street location—indeed, our staff is kept so busy that sometimes a table goes un-kept-after even though we make it very clear (and even put up polite signs) that this is a self-bus coffee shop environment (like most in New York City). It's hard to find a good coffee shop that has fresh roasted coffee. Irving Farm by far has the best coffee!
