I trek all the way from my office in the 30s and Madison to get coffee at your grand central location. absolutely obsessed with your coffee and the atmosphere at all of your locations. also love your location on the UES. great atmosphere and staff, perfect environment for meeting up with people or getting work done.
Coffee is good. Ordered a Muffin as well and asked for butter. Was told there's an extra charge for this. Told them to keep it.
The communication between employees and employees to customers are both problematic. First of all, I ordered an iced pourover in a "to go" cup and I got my drink in a glass. Fine. Secondly, I asked for the special pumpkin seed milk and they poured it in directly. They don't have milk in their self-service stand so I can't adjust my drink to the way I like. Disappointed. I'm from California and we are having a coffee revolution here...BUT...Irving Farm Coffee is the best I have tasted. Guess you might say I am a coffee snob!
