This was a mandatory home buyers workshop. However the way Irving presented the info and the pace at which it was presented was just perfect. I appreciated the slideshow and the opportunity to view it later as Irving sent it to all attendees. Irving was friendly personable and kept things in perspective. Would not hesitate to recommend this or any of his presentations.
ICG provides a great service, are knowledgeable and helpful, and specifically aware of the needs of a first time homebuyer who is uninformed on all aspects of home improvement projects.
