I came in today to get prism glasses for a condition I was diagnosed with years ago (my old optometrist retired and someone else took over their practice). BEWARE!!! In 2026, I received my FIRST mailed notice regarding an alleged unpaid balance for services provided in 2022—about 4 YEARS AFTER the date of service. The letter stated that this was a final notice and that my account would be sent to collections if payment was not made. I contacted the business to ask why I was only being notified four years later. I was made to wait for 45 mins for a treatment of stye.. doctor saw me for less than 2 mins and just prescribed me cream without understanding that my stye has been bothering for 6+ months .. also they are expensive , and overall service was below expectation. I was looking for some guidance on removing it via a laser or some kind of procedure.. overall not a great experience. I would not recommend. Also the cream they prescribed doesn’t work well either , it’s been a month and my stye remains as is .. stay away
