Extremely shady to the **** From the service advisers to the managers! They are killing the *** brand with their lousy work ethic! And all these one star reviews are correct!

After buying 5 cars 3 new and 2 used (two were even M class) from them they wiggle out of warranty work. Salesman lied about warranty on certified used car. Said if anything went wrong it would be covered by two year warranty. Alarm goes off sometimes when hot out. They can't duplicate the problem in the shop so they will not even replace the temp senser which I told them has mis read by a lot at times or replace any other alarm part. I took the car to Irvine BMW for a service engine light on the board. They told me that the car has several problems and I agreed to fix them for a 5000$ bill. I took the care and the service engine light was still on, I thought that they might not have reset it or something... But no, they did now pay attention to it because they wanted to charge me for everything else. On March 8th was looking for possibilities to replace my *** X2 i have lost in the accident 3 days prior. Salesman submitted my credit inquiry to several banks, totally destroyed my credit. I told him my accident story and explain that I have 2 car loans and the one from accident needs to be paid off first. I dont remember signing any paperwork. Horrible business practice, BEWARE. We chose a car, agreed on a price, and asked the salesman to hold the car for 48 hours while we arranged for shipping and delivery. Within the 48 hour time period the sales manager decided he needed an up charge of $10K above the agreed upon price. They would not honor their original agreement. Even the salesman thought it was a shady deal, pretty sure this practice is illegal in **********. They should be out of business.

Terrible service and shady operations. After having my car, a new BMW 750 for nearly 3 weeks across several visits they failed to fix the problem. What they did do was bend the metal and crack the paint on my roof. When I asked how they were going to handle the diminished value on a brand new car...THE GENERAL MANAGER said there was none because there was no carfax report or insurance claim. Excuse me?? Their service department is either an absolute scam or they are the most incompetent mechanics on earth. I have had numerous experiences in which any work done seems to results in other issues less than 24-48 hours. When I say multiple, it’s 3-4 times over the last 5 years. Leaking break fluid, cracked spark plugs the makes my vehicle un drivable over 35 miles per hour. The list goes on and on.

Can I give them negative five stars? I scheduled and brought my Mini convertible for a regular yearly oil change, even though it wasn't necessary. They were initially pleasant when I first got there, consultation went good and mentioned a couple things like the rubber lining of the convertible top may need replacing and engine light goes off if I take a corner too fast.
