Germantown location is unprofessional. Doctor and staff prefer to argue with customers rather than offer customer service. This office cancelled an appointment after I took off of work and arrived to the office. I was turned away because I did not have PIP coverage with my car insurance and this office was scared they would not get paid by the health insurance.
