Beware. I have rarely felt as dismissed by a physician as I did by this Dr. Samir Antowan. Appointments felt rushed from start to finish, and I often left with the impression that my concerns had not been properly heard or considered. Symptoms that I raised were frequently brushed off as "normal" without meaningful discussion or explanation, even when further investigation seemed warranted. This clinic has gone to the bottom of the bottom. The receptionists are extremely rude and not helpful at all. They don’t know how to get things done properly. After Dr Dashti left I got switched to Dr Wasan, I found it’s extremely difficult to understand her nor she understands my needs. I don’t think I can trust a doc like this anymore.
The Whiteoaks Pharmacy’s Pharmacist Shareef is awesome. He and his staff are very pleasant and quick with preparing our prescriptions.
After Dr Dashti left, I was automatically switched to Dr Wasan Mohammed and the lever of care, follow ups, diagnosis has been absolutely terrible. I have thankfully switched to a new family doctor and when I shared my recent conversations, bloodwork and other test requisitions the doctor was shocked and did not understand why. My conditions continue to be outstanding and when asked, Wasan was unable to explain to me what the solution was which is quite concerning. There is a reason why her rating is 2.7.
