Nice area to live in. Apartments themselves are not bad. The time we lived there was good. Move out process lacks professionalism and communication. They host fun events but that does not make up for poor management and employees. The company they hire to remove snow hardly ever does. And many times shovel it at 2-3am while yelling and waking everyone up. We slipped on the sidewalks multiple times resulting in 1 fall. RecommendedGreat place to live! Staff is friendly and welcoming! They are willing to help with any questions and are quick to respond! It’s close to town yet far enough away from the chaos of in town living! The amenities are awesome! Maintenance crew is great at keeping the grounds clean! If your looking for a new places definitely check out Ironwood!
I’ve lived here almost 4 years and I’m a fan! I’ve always felt safe my older kiddo loves the pool! Whenever I’ve had and issue it’s resolved fast. Sure there are new apartment complexes, but I’m happy here. I feel rent is fair and it’s quiet which is HUGE with two little ones who need their bedtime.
Is ight. Bit pricey though and snow doesn’t really get removed fast enough but it’s near a Casey’s so that kinda makes up for everything else low key

The maintenance staff is all over it! Should you have a service request put in, it's always the next day that it gets fixed..never fails. 👍
I lived here for a year and I was very happy. Quiet/pleasant/respectful community, beautiful view, prompt maintenance, great management team, easy access to I-39/I-55 and all the main drives to get around Normal/Bloomington. Great place to live!
