This place had potential to be my next home but I always trust when things don't work out, it's for a reason. Anthony was my main point of contact and helped guide me through the process. I am very disappointed with my experience at Ironwood Apartments. I have lived here for almost 3 years in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, and unfortunately the service has not been good at all. Recently, my water heater stopped working and we have been without hot water for almost one week. A maintenance person told me the problem may be coming from the upstairs unit, but the issue still was not fixed quickly. Frank was extremely prompt and professional and helped out when the power flicked out on the oven/stove.
Frank was awesome! He was friendly and super fast with fixing our faucet. I would give 5 stars to Frank!!
