I was a resident of Ironwood Apartments for a year on the 5th street side. The site on staff are great but Greystar management is terrible. We had a massive ant infestation that never got resolved, had a washer/dryer that would tear/burn our clothes (always told it was user error by maintenance), and a dishwasher that always leaked. Four weeks after moving out we’ve received a letter stating we’d not get our security deposit ($1,000) and we owe $290 dollars.
