With the present owners this place has gone down the drain. There's always a water leak that has washed out the roads. Roads are full of huge potholes that can damage your vehicles. They don't have anyone picking up trash on the grounds. Place looks like a dump. Then they raise the rent and say it's because of increased maintenance costs. Which should mean the rent should be going down because there isn't any maintenance being done. Trashy lots, washed out roads, trash everywhere on the grounds and nobody picks it up. Then will run mower over the trash and spreads it even more. Especially back by creek. If you complain they will threaten you with court. etc. etc.etc.
Raises rent 5 times in the last 2 years doesn't even have a maintenance man. Floods all the time.will never return a call neverrrrr ever not once not ever not never not now or then or ever. lived here six year place is going down the drain and taking all the cash they can.
RecommendedIt's a great place to live. My mother has lived here since approximately 1989. Some 30 years. I have been here with Mom since 2015. I just love it here.

Well, I have been messaging people on this site now for a week trying to get a working number for the office. No one will respond. My mother has a dear friend that lives in this trailer park. We have been unable to get in touch with her for a couple weeks. Last time my mother spoke to Julie, she was ill. I'm trying to find if she is OK. Will someone please help me. She resides at lot 53. Her name is Julie Helm.
