All they care is collecting rent but nothing else. I didn't have screen door for my living room ever since I moved in. I reported twice in the past two months and nothing has been done. Now they charged me $25 fee for not starting gas service on the lease starting date.
RecommendedThe staff at Iron Point is amazing. Crystal Laquindanum is not only one of the worlds Most beautiful women, she is incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. Julie is the office manager and also wonderful. Alex, Zach and the maintenance staff are always on top of anything you need. If your looking for an apartment in Folsom look no further.

We recently moved out after living at Iron Point for over a year. (We moved out due to buying a house, which was always our plan eventually!) We were continually impressed by the team that works there, and got constant compliments from guests on the design features of the renovated apartment we had. (The flooring and cabinets are gorgeous!) The office staff always went above and beyond to help us out, and that's probably what impressed us the most! Those ladies are the best!! We moved here in August not knowing a thing about Folsom. We were recommended to get a place at Iron Point and are so happy that we did. We have two kids and a dog and we have had the best transition and experience you could ask for. Our kids are a 2 minute walk to one of the highest rated elementary schools in Folsom and our dog is welcomed at the office with dog treats when we go to grab coffee or tea from the club house on our morning walk.
