We closed our account and the company never came to pick up their shred box. They scheduled multiple different pick-ups and never showed up. I offered to DRIVE THE SHRED BOX TO THEIR FACILITY because we were moving out of the building and needed it gone. Long story short? They never showed up, never closed our account, and kept charging us. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get it resolved with no luck. Charged for services not rendered...double charged...canceled service then charged $400 to pick up 2 empty cans.
Never charged the same amount month to month. Overcharged me by nearly $300 on my credit card. Closed account after weeks of trying to resolve, charged again. Have to take them to court. What a nightmare
