Hardcore, old-school vibe with top-tier machines and free weights. Perfect for serious lifters — plenty of variety, no waiting, and an atmosphere that pushes you to go harder. Easily one of the best gym I’ve trained at in SA.
Great gym with excellent equipment. I’ll definitely train here again when I’m back in Adelaide!

Would do 3.5 stars if possible. Nice hole in the wall style gym with some modern trappings, cool atmosphere, iron plates are always a bonus to any gym and some equipment that you don't also get everywhere like a belt squat. Unfortunately let down by a fair bit of the equipment being broken or in disrepair. Distinct lack of vertical pulling options.
Absolutely love Iron Industries! The equipment is top-notch, always clean and in great condition. The staff are super helpful, friendly, and always up for a chat or to offer advice when you need it. Membership rates are super reasonable, especially considering the quality of the gym and service. My partner and I love coming in the mornings — the locations are perfect for us to smash out a solid session before work. It’s become part of our routine and something we genuinely look forward to. Lifetime member right here 🙌🔥
