Management sucks just takes a long time for maintenance especially the HVAC if it's not hot enough outside. Almost overcharged twice got received two evictions notices when I shouldn't have (they actually owed me at the time).
Absolutely terrible!!! They don't fix anything at all!! It takes them weeks to months to fix.. And when they finally do the same problem occurs not long after.. Absolute worst apt experience and definitely will not resign my lease with these sucky ass apts.. Don't do it!! Worst mistake ever!!
Since moving to my apartment in April I have had many work orders not completed.
These apartments are the worst I have only been living here for six months and have never dealt with anything like this MOLD, RATS, WATER LEAKS, BATHROOM TILES FALLING OFF, STAFF ENTERING APARTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE!!! Staff is very unprofessional!!! Jobs never get finished! Needed to get our door replaced due to it not locking and not closing correctly and it took them a month to do it and it's still not finished they never came and painted our door and that was 3 months ago! Worst apartments! Has mold in the apartments and worst staff ever! Please no one move there it could hurt your health!
You guys need to call me. I stopped being a resident and yet you charged me almost $700 this month from my bank account. I have left several voicemails through your "voice messaging service" but haven't received a single call back. Also, your office phones are turned off -- You may want to do something about that.
