We had snow last night and we have no water and leaks. Ive had problems with roaches since we moved in! No one to report it too!!
RecommendedBeen here 5 years. Love it. It quieter now. They have cleaned out the riff raff. A lot of tenants walk around for their exercising
Always shutting down the water without even telling you and you get stuck in the middle of the shower. They don’t care about anyone or think about others. They just want the money.
my step daughter moved in Saturday the place had dead roaches in the fridge. the apartment was never cleaned although they said it was. the office staff was so unconcerned when I addressed it. I video taped everything she also said they don't clean behind refrigerators. Hopefully when I talk with the Manager tomorrow I will get some positive response.
I had to look for a place pretty quick and when I first drove in it seemed a little dated but nice! They keep the premises looking awesome! Prices are very reasonable! The staff is always nice and professional! I've had a few issues with loud neighbors but they never seem to stay long. I've had a few issues with my apartment but they always take care of anything I report pretty quick and always so nice about it! these ppl are crap not honest at alll they lie about everything find somewhere else to live in san antonio i was honest with these ppl about my application they were not honest in return i have reported them to the bbA
I would rate a 0 if I could. They screw you over and I lived in a mold infested apartment for 2 months pregnant and they didn't give a rats ass! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They screwed me over, even though I completed my lease and paid every month!
