Great Tourist attraction! Nice to see the train come by right in front of your room! The rooms need a little updating, but plenty of room for families...clean & a nice breakfast in the morning.
We were traveling under unfortunate circumstances and felt at home here.
I loved my stay and will return! I have even encouraged my parents to stay there when they go back and since my sister lives in Durango we will be staying often. Keep up the good work!!!
Worst hotel stay ever room was filthy service sucked manager was an a****** and his little pawns that work the front desk tried calling the cops on me when I complained about the room even the officer that I dealt with told me to please not judge Durango off the Iron Horse Inn they know the place is a joke I would never put my money back in this hotel I recommend if you are staying in Durango to find another place
Had a wonderful stay. Room was clean with a lot of space. Desk clerk was friendly and very helpful with finding restaurants. Will stay again when we are in town.
