Their customer service is poor. I was interested in equipping my home gym with some of their pieces but the associate that I dealt with made it pretty clear that they prefer commercial orders. I guess it's more about money for them.

The gym I go to has all iron grip weights (dumbbell and barbell plates). Almost half of the weights seem to be melting and sticking together, even though they have been taken care of very well. To make it worse iron grip would not replace or discount the price of new weights. Very disappointing...
