I first sought out IronForge Fitness & Training because I was looking for a fresh new challenge to add to my fitness routine. I started attending the classes and I was hooked! What I found there, though, was much more than that. I found a community that accepts everyone, no matter their age or ability level, and inspires them to be better…both inside and outside the gym.

I joined the gym at the beginning of the year, after doing some free Forged 45 classes in December. Forged 45 is a game changer, I'm I've been to many gyms and tried many classes because I like the community. I used to workout at home but I didn't feel like I really pushed myself as much as I do in class. I like the variety of the workouts and trying new things like tire flips and sledgehammers. I’ve only been a member at Iron Forge for a few months but it has been great so far! Amazing and helpful coaches, super clean facility, lots of class options and all at a cost that won’t break the bank! Five stars all the way around!

I have been a part of the larger crossfit community since 2012 and have had the opportunity to drop into many gyms across the country. Iron Forge is definitely in a class of its own. Before I even stepped through the door I experienced top notch customer service from management in getting set up in being able to access the gym. In classes this week I interacted with coaches Leah, Laurie, and Kylah. It’s not often that I visit gyms that offer coaching cues to nonmembers. Iron Forge is an excellent facility. If you are looking for a gym that has it all, you have come to the right place. They keep their equipment well maintained, clean and up to date. The gym staff are all very knowledgeable about anything you may need to level up your gym experience.
