I am so happy I found IBF! All of the coaches are great and so helpful. Joining a new gym can sometimes be intimidating, but everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend IBF if you’re looking for a new gym!

I joined Iron Bond Fitness in April 2024 & it has been a game changer for me. I went from a size 12 to a size 8. I credit this to Jenna & her macro coaching program. The weight came off SLOW but I hit my goal that I never thought was achievable. Having Jenna as a coach & group trainer gave me the encouragement & motivation to succeed. I have been a member of probally 10 gyms and this is the first gym where not only the owners/coaches are genuinely nice people but also the members! I am blown away by how welcoming and kind everyone was. Oh and the workouts are ABSOLUTELY incredible. I’m so glad I found this gym I’ll call home forever
