Colorado Springs proudly welcomed Iron Bird Brewing Co. to their beer community in August, 2014. Located Downtown, just south of the Pioneer Museum on Nevada Ave, Iron Bird is best known for hoppier ales like Propaganda IPA and Deadstick IIPA, both of which took home medals at the All Colorado Beer Fest, two years running. Great pumpkin seasonal and regular red ale. Always find something good on tap and staff is friendly.
This place is back up to snuff on the beer front. Both the Palermo and Propaganda IPAs were solid. Pizza could use an extra 1-2" in the oven but was very good. Good work...
Amazing stout! The IPA and pale ale also delicious. The red was probably my second favorite. Made true to their type. Great brewery!
