Colorado Springs proudly welcomed Iron Bird Brewing Co. to their beer community in August, 2014. Located Downtown, just south of the Pioneer Museum on Nevada Ave, Iron Bird is best known for hoppier ales like Propaganda IPA and Deadstick IIPA, both of which took home medals at the All Colorado Beer Fest, two years running. Having meatballs, Ceaser salad, and cheese Pizza sticks or as they call it Pizza fries. Black Auger Stout. all very good and great company!! As for the service, it seem like if they don't know you, you get service enough to get a drink and food and maybe another beer if you are not tired of waiting!!!
Love the atmosphere here. Iron Bird Pizza was delicious and we loved the black auger stout. Definitely will be back if we have the chance!!!
Delicious beer and pizza, how can you go wrong? Always terrific.
I enjoyed the beer and the food. The only problem that I have is the service is always slow or non-existent. I left the last time I visited after we had not been acknowledged for 10 minutes. I haven't been back. If it was busy I might have been alright except there were only 5 or 6 customers. Customer service and product is key to keeping clients.
As usual! Good beer, good 'za, good people. And they sponsor a great soccer club
