Poor Customer Service I would not recommend this bridal salon to anyone! Please go somewhere else for your bridal attire! Irma is not customer service oriented and she is only concerned with making a profit through extra charges and inflated fees for alterations! First of all they strongly suggested I order a dress two sizes too big. I wear a size 8 and they suggested a 12! I also had to pay a fee for extra length because I am tall. A very happy mother of the groom My son got married on May 8, 2010. I shopped at about 7 other stores before I went to Irma's. She was without a doubt the most knowledgeable, kindest, and genuine owner I had encountered. She was helpful and she knows what looks good on you. I was afraid at first because I had seen another review which was not very favorable about Irma's, but this was not so at all. the BEST! My daughter purchased her wedding gown here as well as her future mother-in-law and myself. The service is OUTSTANDING! Irma is one of a kind and has an eye for the "perfect gown". Each dress was gorgeous and fit your personality and budget. Any problems encountered, which were from the factory regarding the bridal gown, was handled profesionally and quickly! Avoid Irma's At All Costs! While Irma's has a great selection of designers, you are better off using the internet, going to your favorite designers website and finding another shop in the area that is an authorized retailer. I went to Irma's because they carried Maggie Sotero, PC Mary's Bridal. and Bill Levkoff and I was familiar with where they were located. The Perfect Wedding Dress Last Minute I was very happy about my experience at Irma's. I picked a wedding dress of my dreams. It was the first one I picked out and the only one I tried on. I didn't have any size issues for the one I picked out was just my size and any further adjustments were made by my grandmother. If you get friendly with Irma she'll even give you a discount so she must not be just about making an extra buck off of everyone.
