Thank you for a positive experience I went to Irma's Bridal to shop for bridesmaid dresses for my June 2011 wedding. The staff is very patient and caring. They really took their time with me and my sister who is my Maid Of Honor. They made great suggestions and were very pleasant. I have been to many other bridal shops who just care about making the sale. This is surely not the case at Irma's Veronica
Love the Staff, Not the Management This is what happened - After letting Irma talk me into alterations I did not need (feeling she should know best) she insisted I owed her a $35. balance. She couldn't find her record (little pieces of paper) showing I paid an additional $35. for a special color over the phone. I originally paid in full for the dress and corset but she called me a week later telling me I owed an additional $35. and she would not order the dress until it was paid. WOW...what great service After spending several weeks of shopping for the âperfectâ junior prom dress a colleague mentioned Irmaâs Bridal. With only 4 weeks until the prom and running out of time, we headed over to Irmaâs. Within minutes of entering the store I knew we were in the right place. Please Be a Careful Consumer When purchasing a wedding gown for your big day, remember, you have a choice. Irma's definitely has great selection, but follow-through and customer service are of the poorest caliber possible. I was to have ordered a size 4 wedding dress for my big day, as I was told that was the smallest dress size to order (I am a street size 0), and Irma ordered a size 8! Please be careful, as you may not receive what you thought you had purchased, and you only have your special moment once.
Irma's Bridal is Exceptional! I ordered a Mother of the Groom gown. Service was excellent. Gown came in the time frame quoted. I have another son getting marrried in 10 months. I plan on returning to shop for another gown.
TERRIBLE Customer Service! The worst and rudest sales people ever . you sign in and wait after an hr . they say oh your only picking up i will go get it .lol that didn't happen . When they did call her they got the dress put her in a dressing room and left sales lady came up front called another name i thought she was done . Fabulous Find I have been searching for a Mother of the Groom dress and felt kind of discouraged. After shopping at 7 bridal salons I decided to go to just one more. It was Sunday and I stopped in at Irma's only to discover that Sundays were appointments only. Irma reassured me that I would definitely find my dress there and graciously offered me several catalogs to look at while she helped her customers who had appointments. Great selections I came here for my senior prom dress and I loved it and they worked with me well. However my sister just went for her prom dress and loved the selection they had but the people there ruined the dress she picked out. Thankfully they are replacing it for her.
Shined like a Bride! Irma saved my wedding day. I purchased a dress at Nordtroms,although I loved it,it was inappropriate for a cathedral wedding in Italy. After dinner next door, I happened to pop in to Irmas shop. She asked me a few questions about my wedding and the next thing you know, she had me in the dressing room in the perfect dress!
