Did not fix anything in 2 days having my car 3-29-2024 I took my 2000 **** Taurus up there and left it for some electrical issues and an ac diagnosis. I left my car there at 9:30 am on Thursday and they did not call me or start work on my car until 1:00pm on Friday. Borderline to a crime, what they did to my damaged corvette .****** approved shop did not protect my car from automotive paint while at the shop .Now the windscreen and paint all over the car is coated with a clear paint . Just a little bit of communication would go a LONG way. Every time I contact these folks, I keep getting told a different date on when my car will be done. A month turns into 2 months. These false promises and timelines. My accident happened Sept. 20th. I turned my car in around the beginning of October. It is now January 12, 2022 and I just got my car back on January 11th. went for oil change. They did very good in that. But ask them to change the wiper blade. BIG Mistake I made and made them to take advantage. They charged me $33 to install. I would have paid happily if they would have told me before but it was a surprise. The guy in the check out laughed when I ask about it. He himself know it is to much. Be careful, there are bad people there.

McCollum Auto Body is great I would highly recommend them to others: our 2007 Honda Accord was put back to like new condition and fast, about a week even with quarter panel replacement. Your shop is amazing I would never want to go anywhere else
Took my car to these guys when I got rear ended and after 7 times in their shop it still was not fixed so I took it to another body shop, and am now fighting the insurance company to replace stuff that they already payed for come to find out the stuff they paid for was NEVER replaced to begin with.... NEVER GO HERE EVER EVER EVER
I have had my cars repaired at McCollum Auto Body through the years I have lived in Portland and they have done an excellent job. The cars always looked like new! The whole experience was very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.
